I visited Lisa and she … More removed the wax from my right ear and checked that the left ear was clear if wax; this was a painless procedure. I have been back a week later and had a hearing test carried out by Lisa which showed my hearing was fine - similar to an 18 year old and I'm somewhat a lot older! Lisa suggested I book a return visit for 2 years time unless I'm in pain or get wax build up again! Would readily recommend Bollington Hearing Centre - very professional and reasonably priced service. Thank you again. David Gareth Williams

I didn't know what to do so I phoned Bollington hearing centre who said come down and we will sort it out for you. They did a marvellous job and offered payment which was refused and said I could make a charity donation instead. What a fantastic service, never experienced anything like that ever and I am 66 years old and my mother is 86. I cannot praise this business highly enough..thank you thank you!!

Claire was so easy to talk to – she … More was professional, able to answer all my questions and has a great ability to translate some of the more technical audiology terms and graphs to make them clear to ‘Joe Public’. It was just what I needed. Claire also has some great tech to allow you to see inside the ear canal and an array of tests to help diagnose your hearing. Here you have someone who takes your ear health seriously, has great knowledge and experience and cares for you as a patient. Don’t hesitate to give her and her team a call.
