I visited Lisa and she … More removed the wax from my right ear and checked that the left ear was clear if wax; this was a painless procedure. I have been back a week later and had a hearing test carried out by Lisa which showed my hearing was fine - similar to an 18 year old and I'm somewhat a lot older! Lisa suggested I book a return visit for 2 years time unless I'm in pain or get wax build up again! I didn't know what to do so I phoned Bollington hearing centre who said come down and we will sort it out for you. They did a marvellous job and offered payment which was refused and said I could make a charity donation instead. What a fantastic service, never experienced anything like that ever and I am 66 years old and my mother is 86. I cannot praise this business highly enough..thank you thank you!!
